Information collected

This may include names, your relationship to the person receiving prayer, the prayer intention and request text, email address, source-page attribution, contribution and delivery status, technical records needed to operate the service, and messages sent to support.

How information is used

Information is used to receive and fulfill the request, process payment, prepare and deliver the requested recording, prevent misuse, provide support, comply with legal and accounting duties, improve the service, and send optional prayer or encouragement emails only when you have agreed to receive them.

Private requests

Prayer-request text is not published as a public comment or public prayer wall. It is made available only to the people and service providers needed to fulfill and support the request.

Service providers

We use service providers for secure hosting and storage, payment processing, email delivery, fraud prevention, and preparation of the requested recording. These providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable privacy and security terms.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver and support the service, keep legally required transaction records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information, or withdraw optional email consent, through the support form.
